I have 26 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative roles in Southeast Texas. I have attended Lamar State College in Port Arthur and Orange with a high GPA, as well as work for CPA firms, industrial and home construction, auto repair, and retail sales and services

New businesses are often at the mercy of hoping their accounting staff know what they are doing, I can help set up the accounting software, train your employees on how to use it, or consult with them on their accounting knowledge and teach them to understand the accounting system and how each of the transactions affect the books.
I can review your bookkeeping and help you find where you can save money, or if you are concerned that there may be short comings or questions on how your current accounting is being handled or mishandled.
If you work out in the field and just need someone that is not on a regular payroll schedule, I can do almost all administrative tasks needed such as type up quotes, send out billing, pay monthly bills, set up meetings, keep schedules, and take phone calls.
